Jaxson turned 5 this year and let me say it is a big deal to be 5! He is so excited that he is finally 5 years old. We had a fun filled day. Jaxson woke up to balloons all over his floor. He thought that was really fun. It was his last day of school before summer so he did have to go to school. They sang happy birthday to him so I am sure he liked that. We then went for a swim play date with Kesha and Gage at Gigi and Papa's pool. We had a few of his favorites for lunch, cheese pizza and watermelon. We had a little rest time and then off to golf lessons. He choose On the Border for dinner so we went and Gigi and Papa joined us. The waiter was great and brought him a great dessert and had several sing to him. He seemed to really enjoy it. We then went back home for cake and presents and then to bed because it was a LONG fun, filled day.
One of Jaxson's favorite shows is an old cartoon called Rescue Heroes. He wanted his cake to have Jake Justices (the police character) badge. There is no mold for that so I had to free hand it but he was happy and that is all that matters.
Here is Jax trying out his pogo stick.
The day before his birthday we had a swim party with a couple boys from his class and here are a few pictures of that. It was so fun. Camo fell into the pool twice, luckily I was very close. He knows wears a safety device in the pool because of his unpredictable behavior. Here are the boys drying off and eating lunch. Alex, Jax and Max (left to right).
Here is Camo having lunch with the mom's.
