Camden's Pre-k Christmas Party

Today was Camden's Christmas party at school.  It was a great party with lots of crafts and fun things.  His teacher, Mrs. Couch, is such an excellent and thoughtful teacher.  She really goes the extra mile, or detail, to make sure these kids have a good time.  She runs a very organized yet fun room.  At the beginning of the party the kids stood up and sang jingle bells for us.  They then returned to their table spots.  We had a snack station which included decorating cookies, a paper wreath craft, making reindeer food, and a picture ornament to hang at home.  They ended the party with a book exchange.  He said his favorite part was ALL OF IT.
Before singing Jingle Bells with their homemade jingle bells.  While he was standing up front I noticed how he is looking so much older in his face and thinking what a sweet guy he really is.

All smiles for his party.

Decorating his cookie.

The frosting is the best part.

Even Daddy got to come for a little while.

My sweet boy!

His place mat.

The class picture.

His true excitement when he realized the book he opened was a pirate book.
