Thanksgiving

We had an odd year this year at Thanksgiving.  Megan came down with a virus that included a very high fever.  So, Michael took the boys to Thanksgiving lunch with his family and Megan and I stayed home and rested.  My sweet parents dropped off a plate at lunch for me and then my awesome husband brought me a full dinner so I ended up having great food just missed the company of being together.  The boys were sad not to be together for the meal and so was I but this is the stage of life we live in.  I will, however, not make the mistake of taking Megan to the school for Christmas parties in hopes of not having a repeat on Christmas.
