Megan's Mermaid Party

Megan wanted a friend Mermaid swimming party so we invited a few of her friends and all their siblings and ended up with a pretty good size pool party.  I made her cupcakes and then we snacked on "star fish" sandwiches, crown shaped watermelon and whale crackers to keep with our theme.  I made her a mermaid tail to wear before she got wet.  We had a treasure hunt at the end where our swimmers had to "hunt" for their take home treasure in the water.  She had a great time and it was fun celebrating just her before we celebrate together.
