Stingray Banquet

At the end of summer swim team there is a dinner and awards banquet at the clubhouse.  Each child is recognized and presented with a trophy for their part in the success of the team.  Stingrays were 3rd overall against the other clubs in their division.  Then their are a few special awards given to individuals who stood out.  Both boys were recognized for their special effort they brought to the team.  Camden received one of two most improved awards.  I really believe he deserves this.  He was new to swim team and he took on every challenge they gave him.  He swam whatever they asked him to swim at the meets and just did his best.  He did improve over the summer and is excited about next summer.  Jaxson received one of two coaches awards for his attitude and willingness to do whatever was asked of him.  He also deserves this as he came to swim team this summer with the hope of learning, growing, and coming away a better swimmer with better techniques.  He does what is asked and is easy to coach.  He also loved summer team and looks forward to next summer.  Needless to say Michael and I walked away very proud of our boys.
