Merry Christmas to all and what a wonderful day it was celebrating together. The kids woke up early of course and eagerly awaited going to see what Santa brought them. Jaxson received BB-8, the new droid from Star Wars 7. Camden received a zoomer dino which was also remote controlled. Megan received her magical jewelry box that played music and had a ballerina in it.
After a full breakfast of waffles, eggs and sausage we headed to Gigi and Papa's to celebrate with them and team Estes. The weather was amazing so the kids had lots of outside play time. They quickly opened up all their gifts in a wild format (which I have vowed to changed next year). The adults are much calmer and we opened by couple. Dad said we were under time constraints as the brisket was almost done and we don't let anything hold up our brisket time. :) It was a wonderful day and again so many thoughtful gifts were given. The mess was large but the spirits were high and we were thankful to be together.
