Day 2 we spent exploring Charleston. What a wonderfully charming place with so much to see and do. We began our day in downtown taking a horse drawn carriage tour. It was about an hour long and we were able to see many historic sites and hear some fun stories as we learned a little more about the history in Charleston. We split ways in the afternoon; Von and Charlie went on a tour of Fort Sumter and the rest of us took an adventure to a non-populated island to hunt for treasures. We had a blast. We spent an over an hour just searching for shark teeth, shells, and other random things that may have washed up on shore. The tour company was very knowledgeable and helped us locate some really neat things. We ended with dinner at a local restaurant and ready for day 3 -
Hilton Head!
