We had a very last minute opportunity to take a trip to San Antonio to celebrate a teacher at Dobbs at the HEB Education in Excellence Awards Banquet. We have never both been away from the kids so far away but first time for everything. Megan played with Gigi and Papa all day and then they picked up the boys from school and went for the first swim of the season. The next day was fishing and fun. Michael and I had a very quick, one night away but really enjoyed our time, minus the awful hail and thunder storm on the way home.
